Update on Planning Permission Applications - 200808

This is an experiment to see how we might include mailchimp emails directly into the site. This has been done by using a mail from the mailchimp archive, viewing page source, and copying that into an HTML control in this page. It would be overhead to do this for each email, and there may be issues e.g. with the links to images. On the other hand, it should then be searchable.
